How to return a product

Raise a Return Request
Go to My Account → Orders → Select the item → Click “Return / Exchange”. Must be done within 7 days of delivery.

Pack the Item Securely
Keep the product in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice intact. Incomplete returns may not be accepted.

Free Pickup Scheduled
Our courier partner will pick up the item from your address within 2–3 business days after your return is approved.

Refund Processed
Once item is received and verified, your refund is initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or wallet instantly.

Important: Please take clear photos of any damaged or wrong item and report within 24 hours of delivery at support@unishoppers.in. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
