Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take on Unishoppers? ▼
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Pune may receive orders in 3–5 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Is free shipping available on Unishoppers? ▼
Yes! All orders above ₹999 get free delivery across India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applied at checkout. Free shipping is applied automatically — no coupon code needed.
How do I track my Unishoppers order? ▼
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp on your registered mobile number. You can also track anytime from My Account → Orders on the Unishoppers website.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? ▼
Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped. Please contact us at support@unishoppers.in within 12 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, address cannot be changed.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery? ▼
Our courier partner will make 2 delivery attempts. The delivery agent may also call before arriving. If both attempts fail, the package is returned to the seller. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return policy on Unishoppers? ▼
Unishoppers offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. You can return eligible products if you received a damaged, wrong, or defective item. Go to My Account → Orders and raise a return request within 7 days.
When will I get my refund after returning a product? ▼
After we receive and verify your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. If you choose Unishoppers Wallet / Store Credit, it is credited instantly.
What if I received a damaged or wrong product? ▼
We apologise! Please take clear photos of the damaged or wrong item and email them to support@unishoppers.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
Do I need to pay for return shipping? ▼
No. Unishoppers provides completely free return pickup from your doorstep for all eligible return requests. You do not pay any extra charges.
Can I cancel my Unishoppers order? ▼
Yes. You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped for a full refund — no questions asked. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In that case, initiate a return after delivery.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted on Unishoppers? ▼
Unishoppers accepts UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Unishoppers Wallet. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available on Unishoppers? ▼
Yes. COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000. A convenience fee of ₹30 is added for COD orders. COD may not be available for certain remote pin codes in India.
My payment failed but money was deducted — what to do? ▼
Do not worry! If money is deducted but the order was not placed, the amount is automatically refunded within 24–48 hours to your original payment method. No action needed. If delayed, email support@unishoppers.in.
Is it safe to pay online on Unishoppers? ▼
Yes, completely safe. Unishoppers uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your card details or CVV. All payments go through RBI-certified secure gateways with OTP verification.

How do I create an account on Unishoppers? ▼
Click on “My Account” on the top menu and sign up with your email or mobile number. Registration is completely free and takes less than a minute.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it? ▼
Go to My Account → Login → Forgot Password. Enter your registered email and we will send a password reset link instantly. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email in inbox.
